Maguire Automotive Group — “5Gs and the Keys” Price Guarantee Promotion
Effective Dates: October 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025, unless extended or terminated by Maguire Automotive Group. 

Maguire Automotive Group guarantees to beat any advertised price on a comparable in-stock vehicle from a licensed franchised dealership located in Upstate New York. If we cannot beat the verified price, you’ll receive $5,000, and the car is free! 

Eligibility Requirements 

1. Eligible Customers:
   Promotion open to individual retail customers who are 18 years of age or older and residents of New York State. Offer valid for retail purchases only; fleet and commercial purchases are excluded. 

1. Qualifying Competitor Offer: 

• The competitor’s offer must be: 

• From a franchised new car dealership located in Upstate New York (defined as counties north of Westchester and Rockland). 

• Advertised publicly in print, digital, or broadcast media (radio, television, or online). 

• On a new or used, in-stock vehicle of the same year, make, model, trim, similar mileage, and equipment package as the vehicle in question at Maguire Automotive Group. 

• Valid and active at the time of presentation to Maguire. 

• The advertised price must include all applicable dealer fees, destination charges, and incentives. 

1. Verification Process: 

• The customer must present documented proof (e.g., official ad copy, printout, screenshot, or written quote) of the competitor’s advertised price prior to purchase and before any price negotiations with Maguire. 

• Maguire reserves the right to verify all advertised prices and vehicle availability with the competitor. 

• The competitor vehicle must be physically in stock and available for immediate sale at the time of verification. 

1. Offer Redemption – $5,000 & Free Vehicle: 

• If Maguire cannot meet or beat the verified price under these terms, the customer will be awarded: 

• A $5,000 payment (via check or equivalent form at Maguire’s discretion), and 

• The eligible vehicle free of charge, excluding taxes, title, registration, and any state-mandated fees. 

• Vehicle will be delivered upon completion of standard documentation and registration requirements. 

1. Limitations & Exclusions: 

• Offer limited to one vehicle per household or customer during the promotional period. 

• Promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or price guarantees unless explicitly stated. 

• Not applicable to errors in Maguire, or competitor, advertising, misprints, or misrepresentations. 

• Any vehicle giveaways are subject to IRS reporting and may be treated as taxable income. 

1. Dispute Resolution:
   All disputes regarding this promotion shall be resolved at the sole discretion of Maguire Automotive Group and are subject to applicable New York State laws and regulations. 

1. Right to Modify or Cancel:
   Maguire Automotive Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All offers are subject to vehicle availability.
